It started with a frustration.
Crystal spent years working in busy hair clinics, and she watched the same thing happen again and again. Consultations got shorter. Sales targets got louder. And behind the scenes, the equipment got cheaper.
She saw people, worried about their hair and ready to trust someone, being rushed through a process built for volume rather than for them. She knew hair restoration could be done properly, thoroughly, honestly, with quality equipment and genuine time. It just was not being done that way where she was.
So she left, and built the opposite.
Scalp Series is that opposite. One registered nurse, performing every treatment herself. Equipment and consumables chosen because they are the best for the result, not the cheapest for the margin. Consultations with no script and no pressure, where the honest answer, even when it is "this will not help you", is always the answer you get.
It is a smaller way to work. One client at a time, unhurried, is not how you build the biggest clinic. But it is how you do the best work, and for Crystal that was the whole point.
